All items are handmade
All of my pieces are handmade (by me!). They are each beautifully unique. This means that each piece might vary in size, stretch, thickness, etc. I can also help with care of your piece, but I will not take responsibility for any damages to the piece once it is in your hands.

Cancellations and returns
There are no returns and there are no cancellations once you have placed an order with me. Please contact me directly and let me know if any damage happens to your piece and I can troubleshoot with you to mend your piece.

Shipping
All orders are processed within a 1-3 days of receiving them. I do not take responsibility for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages. As of right now, I only ship within the USA.

All patterns and downloads are for personal use only. In accordance with copyright law, you may not resell, redistribute, or share my patterns. Please credit the designer, alexmarieknits, when posting on social media.
